You can find the underground and long-distance trains within a few minutes‘ walk. We do EVERYTHING so that you feel comfortable in this luxury dream apartment with a view of the Rhine and want to stay with us for a very long time. Renting is possible for short periods (at least 6 months) or long-term. When you move in, you will receive comprehensive instruction in all aspects of the apartment, as well as the house and the Cologne area around. Weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent. Should you require further services – such as ironing, weekly changing of towels and sheets – please do not hesitate to contact us and we will make almost everything possible. Rental conditions
The apartment is located in Cologne Deutz on Kennedy-Ufer 1, 50679 Cologne on the first floor. The apartment is rented privately and fully furnished. The apartment is only available for long-term rental. The minimum rental period is six months. Long term rental is preferred. The apartment is rented to single individuals, non-smokers, without pets. Subletting or leasing to third parties for money or free of charge is not permitted. (Exceptions are companies that rent this apartment long-term for employees.) The net cold rent for a rental period of six months is XXXX (on request) per month. For XXXX (on request) per month a parking space in the underground car park can be rented. If you desire, an inclusive rent / warm rent is also possible – in that case you do not pay any additional costs because these are already included in the rental price. For a longer rental period, the monthly rent is significantly lower – further information on request.

Further Important Information
We want to hand over the apartment to you in a high-quality condition. That is why we will carry out a detailed handover with you, during which we will explain all the functions, switches and special features of the apartment to you in detail. When you move out, there will be a handover at which we will look at the condition of the apartment together. We will keep an appropriate deposit as a reserve for possible damage.
A weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent and is mandatory.
